1. Acceptance

By purchasing a VaultPhone, you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with your local cryptographic import/export and telecommunications laws.

2. Warranty & 30-Day Return

Everything we sell comes with an anonymous 30-Day return policy. If the chassis is untampered and the secure hardware seal is intact, return the device to our dead-drop facility for a full cryptocurrency refund.

3. Liability

VaultPhone Inc. is completely absolved of liability for data loss initiated by the self-destruct PIN mechanism. It is doing exactly what you configured it to do.
